What it does not do
- It does not do the work for you. You still talk to your workers, decide on controls and make the changes.
- It is not legal advice, and it does not decide whether your business meets its legal duties.
- It is written for NSW only.
Why it starts with the work itself
In NSW, the Regulation applies the hierarchy of control to psychosocial risks: where it is reasonably practicable, change the work itself before relying on training or procedures.

Our reading of the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2025 (NSW), s 55D, is that an employee assistance program or wellbeing policy on its own is not a control of a psychosocial hazard.
From 1 July 2026, s 26A of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW) requires a business to comply with an approved code of practice, or manage the risk in a way that is equivalent or better.

Questions
Is it only for NSW?
Yes. The pack is written for NSW only. If your business is in another state, the free check lets you join a list for when your state is ready.
Can I edit the documents?
Yes. The Word documents are fully editable. In the Excel workbooks, the cells you fill in are open, and the cells that calculate are locked so the formulas keep working. The PDF copies are for reading and printing.
What if something is wrong with the pack?
Our terms say:
Separately from the limit above, and as our own policy: if the pack is faulty, does not download, or is not as described, we will refund the price you paid if you ask. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit them.
"The limit above" is our limit on liability, set out in the terms.
Is this legal advice?
No. The pack is general information and management tools. It does not take account of your circumstances, and it does not decide whether your business meets its legal duties. See the disclaimer.
